Use the included “Stick and Peel Sticker Mopper” and clean up any dust or fingerprints on the touch screen. So the filter can be applied neatly, if there is any hard to remove dust, carefully use cellophane tape (lightly touch it to the screen) to remove it before applying the filter.
*Even a newly purchased “Nintendo DS Lite” has dust on it that can't be seen with the naked eye.
Hold onto the “Tab Portion”, peel off the “Detachable Film”, and hold the “Touch Screen Protection Filter” as shown below.

Put the “Touch Screen Protection Filter” down, and from the opposite side of the “Tab Portion”, gently push the filter into position with your finger, being careful that it does not go diagonally.

Slowly apply the filter from the edge while being careful not to trap any air under it.

While pressing down on one side of the filter with your finger, gently peel off just the “Application Film” so that the “Touch Screen Protection Filter” does not peel off too.
*If you peel the film off quickly, the “Touch Screen Protection Filter” may peel off with the film together.

Remove the “Touch Screen Protection Filter” by applying cellophane tape to the corner.
